David McCarty

David McCarty is a Chief Architect at Incremental, where David designed and implemented a Machine Learning Operations Platform. Prior to that, David worked as an ML Engineer & Data Scientist at Swain Techs, where David developed AI driven NLP contract evaluation engines and led the migration of critical government contracting systems to cloud infrastructure. At AT&T, David worked as a Software Developer on telco-grade cloud networks and contributed to the development of network forensic analysis tools. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
