Prior to this role, Brendan held multiple positions at Sonos, Inc. from September 2015 to May 2023, including Vice President of Hardware and Quality Engineering and Interim Head of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing hardware development for new smart speakers. Brendan's career at Bose Corporation from January 2001 to September 2015 involved leading the Transducer Development group and managing program management teams within the Home Entertainment Division, contributing to the launch of notable audio products. Earlier experience includes roles at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company and Hamilton Sundstrand. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Connecticut, completed in 1989.
