Jules Deforges

Jules Deforges is a Bioinformatics Scientist at Transgene since April 2019, specializing in study reports and proficiency in Snakemake among other skills. Prior to this role, Jules served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at UNIL - Université de Lausanne from January 2015 to April 2019, where expertise in Snakemake and Linux was further developed. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology from Université Paris Cité, completed in June 2014, and a Master 2 (M2) in Molecular Biology from Pierre and Marie Curie University, obtained in January 2010.
