Roly O'Connell obtained a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies from the University of Leeds in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE's, earning A's and B's, at Rugby School in Warwickshire from 1991 to 1996, with a focus on Economics, French, German, English, and Mathematics. In 2006, they became a Fellow at ICAEW.
