Moller - Maersk for a significant part of their career. Prior to their time at Maersk, Mohammed worked as a Project Manager at KANDIL STEEL, where they led a team in establishing a glass factory. Mohammed demonstrated skills in project planning, scheduling, communication, and negotiation.

Mohammed El-Fadly began their education at the Modern English School (MES) from 1994 to 1999. During this period, they did not obtain any specific degree or specialization. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2004, Mohammed attended The American University in Cairo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In addition to their formal education, Mohammed El-Fadly obtained two certifications. In September 2008, they earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma/Lean from Process Management International (PMI). Later, in November 2013, they obtained a Black Belt from the same institution, furthering their expertise in Process Management.
