With supervisory responsibility for over 20 troopers and civilian staff, Will has held roles at Transportation Management Services as an Assistant Director of Emergency Operations and Special Project Manager & Law Enforcement LNO at the West Virginia State Police. Will graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History from West Virginia University and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Marshall University.
