Jessica Bandsuh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and HRIS operations. Currently serving as the Total Rewards Manager at Transtar Industries since August 2023, Jessica previously held several positions at Area Wide Protective from July 2016 to August 2023, including Benefits/Compensation Manager, where expertise in HRIS UKGPro was developed, and Benefits/Compliance Manager, acting as a legal compliance liaison during significant company acquisitions. With a solid foundation in HR functions, Jessica began career progression at The Reserves Network as a Staffing Supervisor, responsible for full-cycle recruiting and client relations. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communication from Kent State University, obtained in 2014.
