Kara Loquist

Kara Loquist is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Global PMO at TransUnion since August 2020, Kara previously held the position of SVP, Global PMO at Performics, where a strategy and execution model for enterprise-wide PMO competency was defined. Other notable roles include Vice President at MediaLink, where operational infrastructure was developed for rapid growth, and Senior Program Manager at Annalect, focusing on global data management platform implementation. Kara has also established PMOs at Accuen and led significant projects at DN Partners, Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment, and Blue Man Productions, where leadership in management and project execution was demonstrated. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre, Stage Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as certifications in Project Management from DePaul University and Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago.
