Michael Shoemaker has a diverse background in technical support and product evaluation, with significant experience in the consumer electronics industry. Currently serving as a Technical Product Support Specialist at Traulsen since April 2019, Michael previously held roles as a Quality/R&D Coordinator at RSI - Restaurant Services Inc. and as an Ecommerce Customer Service representative at RadioShack. Michael's extensive tenure at RadioShack includes positions as a Sr. Product Evaluation Tech II and Evaluation Tech I, focused on ensuring product safety and reliability through rigorous testing protocols. Earlier experience includes working as a Packaging Evaluation Technician at JCPenney, where Michael conducted packaging quality testing and collaborated with merchandise suppliers. Michael holds an Associate degree in Electronics from Tarrant County College.
