Deborah Peter

Deborah Peter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Service Director at Travelzoo since May 2013, Deborah previously held the position of Senior Customer Service Manager within the same company. Prior to Travelzoo, Deborah worked at priceline.com from July 2004 to May 2013 as an Operations Manager, where responsibilities included implementing and managing customer policies and procedures for hotel services. Deborah also served as Operations Manager at United Staging and Rigging from July 1997 to July 2004, overseeing daily operations of a high-volume theatrical rental shop and ensuring high-quality customer service.
