Victor Merida

Victor Merida is a seasoned technical writing professional with extensive experience in managing content development for Trax, overseeing end-user documentation for multiple enterprise applications and mobile apps since June 2016. In current roles as Director of Tech Writing and eLearning and Technical Writing Manager, Victor leads a team of writers, executes training manual deliverables, and develops software simulation training resources. Prior experience includes significant contributions to the Technical Writing branch at Trax, where Victor implemented efficient content structures and authored numerous process flows, enhancing product knowledge and customer support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Florida International University.
