Jeffrey Frey

Jeffrey Frey is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at TreeHouse Foods since February 2016, Jeffrey oversees six facilities producing a range of private label products and focuses on optimizing costs through strategic manufacturing analysis and process improvements. Previously, Jeffrey held roles as Plant Manager, Business Development/Engineering Manager at Mondelez International, and Business Unit Manager at Kraft Foods, gaining expertise in employee safety, food quality, and operational efficiencies. Additionally, Jeffrey has contributed to education as an adjunct professor at Lake Michigan College, teaching electronics courses. Jeffrey holds a Master's in Business Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
