Manoj K. Shah

Manoj K. Shah is a highly experienced food safety and microbiology professional with a diverse background in research, quality control, and teaching. Currently serving as a Sr. Food Safety Specialist/Microbiologist at TreeHouse Foods since March 2023, Manoj previously held various scientific roles at Food Safety Net Services, including Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist, from March 2019 to February 2023. Manoj also worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at North Dakota State University from June 2014 to May 2019, complemented by a Graduate Student Internship at the USDA Agricultural Research Service in early 2018.
