Kayleen Hooley Stutts, MSW, currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning and Evaluation at Treehouse, a role held since August 2013. Stutts has held various leadership positions within the organization, focusing on staff development, strategic planning, and data management. Prior experience includes roles at United Way of King County, where analytical skills were applied to report on youth homelessness and racial disparities. Stutts also interned at University Apartments, developing case-management services and facilitating therapy groups, and taught ESL courses in various settings. An operations manager at Sheridan Beach Community Club, Stutts oversaw staff management and facility operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Washington.
