Thomas Leblois

Thomas Leblois is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in financial and operational management, currently serving as the BU President of Trelleborg Boots at Trelleborg Group since January 2013. In this role, Thomas establishes the vision and strategy for the business unit, emphasizing excellence and innovation while overseeing multiple global entities in EMEA, APAC, and America. Previously, Thomas held various finance leadership positions at Vaillant Group from February 2003 to January 2013, including Finance Director for France and Italy, where responsibilities included managing financial operations across multiple industrial sites and implementing IFRS standards. Thomas holds a degree in finance, accounting, management, and marketing from institutions including EIGSI and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
