Royal Cowles serves as a Senior Program Manager at TrellisWare Technologies since September 2018, overseeing program finances, schedules, risks, and objectives for various customers and internal projects. Prior to this role, Royal was a Program Manager at QuEST Global from October 2010 to August 2018, managing a team of over 40 employees and mentoring managers to achieve key company results. Royal's earlier positions included Team Lead and Cost Account Manager, focusing on project management and leadership for Pratt & Whitney AeroPower projects, as well as serving as Team Lead and Earned Value Analyst for Hamilton Sundstrand/UTAS projects. Royal's career began with internships in finance and technical support while obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Business Information Systems from Eastern Connecticut State University.
