Natalie Polson

Natalie Polson is Chief Revenue Officer at Trellix where she leads the company’s sales organization. She works closely with partners and Trellix employees to deliver consistent, sustainable growth, while driving customer value.

She has led large-scale growth and sales organization transformation for more than 25 years, supporting top private equity-backed and public organizations, including Citrix and IBM. Prior to joining Trellix, she was Global Senior Vice President at Cloud Software Group where she led a $1 billion revenue carve-out, delivering a significant global evolution that included building a high-performing multinational sales and channel organization, aligning product, marketing, and revenue functions, and advancing a global partner ecosystem to support a 35,000-customer base.

She holds an MA Honours degree in French, Italian, and Business from the University of Glasgow.
