Ageshe-Pombili Shapumba, Pr.Sci.Nat, has extensive experience in the mining and geological sectors, currently serving as Superintendent of Integrated Operations Planning at Rosh Pinah Zinc since October 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, short-term mine planning, operations scheduling, and operational risk management. Prior roles at Rosh Pinah Zinc include Integrated Operations Scheduler, Senior Shift Scheduler, and Production Geologist, with a focus on underground lead and zinc mining. Previous experience also includes positions at Desert Lion Energy in lithium exploration and project development, Shali Group Holdings in base metals and rare earth elements exploration, Langer Heinrich Mine in uranium mining, and Forsys Metals Valencia Uranium as a graduate geologist. Ageshe-Pombili holds a Master of Science in Mineral Resource Management from the University of the Free State and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Computer Science from the University of Namibia.
