Sarah Halaka

Sarah Halaka is an experienced professional in strategic planning and innovation, currently serving as the Head of ESG Programme at The Restaurant Group plc since April 2022. Previously, Sarah held multiple senior roles at Aviva from 2007 to December 2021, including Senior Insights Manager within the Chief Innovation Office, where responsibilities encompassed horizon scanning and scenario planning alongside fintech innovation insights. Additional roles at Aviva included positions related to change management, strategy, and implementation within the Global Health & Protection unit. Prior to Aviva, Sarah worked as a Consultant at IAMCO Partners from 2003 to 2006. Educational credentials include a degree in Modern European Languages from Durham University and participation in the Oxford Scenarios Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
