Marta Pankiv

Marta Pankiv, PhD, LLM, currently serves as the Head of Global Tax at Tricentis, a role encompassing leadership of the Group Tax function, including direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, and M&A Tax since September 2018. In addition, Marta holds advisory positions with the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and Connectiva, as well as an adjunct faculty role at the University of Lausanne, where guest lectures focus on Transfer Pricing. Prior professional experience includes serving as Corporate Tax Manager at Clariant, and Transfer Pricing Manager at PwC, complemented by a foundational career managing accounting and tax for SMEs. Marta's academic credentials include a PhD in International Business Taxation and an LL.M. in International Tax Law from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), along with a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA.
