Syed Wasiq Raxa has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Syed Wasiq started their career as an Administrator at Pathway Computer & Language Centre from January 2009 to December 2013. Syed Wasiq then worked as a Customer Support Representative at PTCL.Official from February 2014 to February 2015.
In 2016, Syed joined SecureBeans as a pre-sales technical specialist, where they attended meetings with business development managers and acted as a technical expert. Syed Wasiq also worked closely with customers to devise effective solutions. From May 2018 to June 2019, they served as an Assistant Manager pre-Sales Technical, where they put together business cases to support sales proposals.
Syed's career then took a turn towards event management when they served as an Event Manager at Marketobooster from January 2018 to December 2018.
In September 2020, Syed joined Trillium Information Security Systems as the Head of Sales, where they provided leadership over the sales department and managed the SMB and Enterprise team. Syed Wasiq also developed sales targets and played a strategic role in the department.
Currently, Syed holds the position of Head of Customer Success at Trillium Information Security Systems starting from July 2022. In this role, they are responsible for line managing the team, optimizing customer success processes, and defining best practices.
Throughout their career, Syed has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer-centered approach, and the ability to adapt to different industries and roles.
Syed Wasiq Raxa completed their high school education in Computer Science at Sindh Madressatul Islam Karachi from 2008 to 2011. Syed Wasiq further pursued additional certifications in the field of cybersecurity, obtaining the Cybersecurity Essentials and Introduction to Cybersecurity certifications from Cisco in January 2017. In addition, they obtained certifications in Symantec Endpoint Encryption in December 2016 and Symantec Endpoint Protection in November 2016 from Symantec.
