Constanze Lucas

Constanze Lucas has extensive experience in customer management and sales leadership, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Customer Management Sales at Trimble Inc. from January 2024 to March 2025. Prior to this role, Constanze was at Transporeon from September 2008 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading Customer Success Management, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, as well as launching and guiding a new team for enterprise accounts. Earlier career experiences include various roles in business consulting and project management at G.P.I srl from January 2006 to September 2008. Constanze holds a degree from the University of East London.
