Avinash Kale

Avinash Kale serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at Trinity Biotech since February 2024, leading transformative initiatives to enhance the accessibility of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology for diabetes patients globally. Prior to this role, Avinash held positions at Philips as Global Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included steering global hardware development teams and managing end-to-end functional delivery for cardiac imaging platforms. Avinash's extensive experience includes roles in medical device innovation, consultancy, and program management across various companies, including Dell and Tata Motors, with a focus on embedded systems and automation engineering. Avinash holds degrees from Pune University and Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Technology, and completed a program in Leading Digital Transformation in Healthcare at Harvard Medical School.
