Following several years in management positions with a daily newspaper, Jonny found a desire to move into general human resource management. His experience includes positions with responsibility for compensation, benefits, recruiting, and payroll, as well as leadership roles managing the entire human resource function for large organizations including Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), LandAmerica Financial, and Philip Morris.
Jonny possesses a master’s degree with majors in both Communications and Human Resources from VCU and has obtained national certifications in both human resources and compensation. He avoids midnight strolls (it’s dark) and picnics (ants) but is a fanatic about college basketball and red wine. He desperately needs to spend more time in southern France.
