Frances Shields has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Frances started their career as an Underwriting Assistant at USAIG from October 2008 to June 2011. Frances then joined Trintech in June 2011 and held various positions including Sales Operations Coordinator and SaaS Enterprise Account Manager from June 2011 to May 2018. Frances joined Salesforce in May 2018 as a Financial Services Account Executive until June 2020. Frances returned to Trintech in June 2020 and currently holds the position of Key Account Manager. In February 2022, Frances was promoted to the Director of Enterprise Sales and Account Management role at Trintech. Their responsibilities include expanding existing enterprise customers' use of Trintech's automation solution to increase efficiency and streamline financial processes.
