Hailey Tian

Hailey Tian currently serves as the Regional Leasing Manager at Tripalink, a position held since August 2021, after progressing through roles including Leasing Manager and Senior Leasing Consultant. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Consultant with the Bellevue Chamber, where research focused on the impact of COVID-19 on women and minority-owned small businesses. Hailey also worked as a Development Assistant for the Civil Affairs Department of Ningxia, managing COVID grant programs and providing administrative support. Earlier roles include Assistant Product Manager at NetEase and Project Intern at Huiling Service Center, where curriculum development and social media management for autism awareness were key responsibilities. Hailey holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Beijing Institute of Technology.
