Sam Follit

Sam Follit is a highly experienced professional in talent management and consulting, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Triple Aim Partners. Prior experience includes roles as Principal and Director at Oxeon Partners and being a member of the Leadership Team at Break into the Boardroom (BiB). Sam has also held the position of Director at Divurgent and worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s Degree obtained through a Study Abroad program at UNSW.
