Prior to this, Taral held various senior positions at SQS India BFSI Limited, including Senior Vice President - Delivery, Vice President - Head of Banking Practice, Vice President (India, ME, and Africa), and General Manager (India and ME). During their time at SQS, Taral was responsible for driving the growth of the banking, treasury, and capital market practices, as well as overseeing delivery management, business development, and P&L for the India and ME regions. Earlier in their career, Taral worked as an Assistant Manager at Unit Trust of India (UTI Mutual Fund), where they gained experience in mutual fund operations, IT management, and handling business requirements and software testing.
Taral Shah's education history began in 1978 when they attended Best High School Ahmedabad for their higher secondary education in accounts. This period lasted until 1985. In 1986, Taral Shah enrolled at Gujarat University to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. This program spanned from 1986 to 1989. Finally, in 1993, Taral Shah attended Bharati Vidyapeeth and completed a Diploma in Computer Applications (D.C.A) in the field of software, concluding their formal education in 1994.
