Karina Daou Choucair dos Santos has extensive legal experience spanning over two decades, currently serving as Coordenadora Jurídica at Trisul S/A since September 2009, where responsibilities include drafting shareholder agreements, contracts, and managing corporate documentation, as well as overseeing civil, labor, and criminal litigation processes.
