Philip Spencer is a Vice President at Tritium Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and monitoring Tritium’s portfolio companies.
Prior to rejoining the firm as a Vice President, Philip spent three years as an Associate at Tritium, evaluating investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies to drive growth, before leaving to pursue his MBA.
Philip started his career at Raymond James & Associates, where he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and private placement transactions.
Philip received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance and Business Fellows with honors from Baylor University.
