Mikael has also sat on the boards of numerous organisations, including Mehiläinen Oy, Confederation of Finnish Industries, Suomen Kansallisteatterin Osakeyhtiö, Service Sector Employers PALTA and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. He holds an Executive MBA.
