Jim Russell

Jim Russell has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. Jim'smost recent role was as the SVP - Head of ABL Underwriting at Triumph Bancorp, Inc. Jim held this position starting from May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo Capital Finance for 15 years, serving as the SVP - Regional Underwriting Manager from March 2005 to May 2020. Jim also worked at GMAC Commercial Finance as a Director from 2004 to 2006, and at GE Capital as a Senior Vice President from February 1997 to February 2004. Before that, they held various roles at Heller Financial, First Source Financial, Inc., Household International, Exchange National Bank & Trust, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Jim has a strong background in financial analysis and has demonstrated leadership capabilities throughout their career.

Jim Russell completed their Bachelor's degree in Business at the University of Notre Dame from 1978 to 1982. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained their MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1986 to 1989.
