Andrew is a Managing Director at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Andrew re-joined the firm after serving as the Director of Finance at NxEdge, a Trive portfolio company. Prior to working at NxEdge, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Trive.
Before originally joining Trive in 2015, Andrew was an Associate at a family investment office in Florida. Prior to that, Andrew was an Analyst within the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at William Blair, where he advised on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and equity financings.
Andrew received his BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with distinction and a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
