Prior to TruBridge, Joe held the role of Director of Talent at ServiceNow, where significant infrastructure transformations improved workforce performance for over 20,000 users. Joe's professional background includes over a decade at Accenture in various leadership positions, driving innovative people finance and operational strategies, including the development of training financial strategies and mobility policy improvements. Joe holds an MBA from The University of Tulsa and a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Kansas, with prior military education at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
