Kristina Gross

Kristina Gross is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and executive roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Executive and External Communications at TrueBlue Inc. since January 2024, Kristina also founded and leads K.L. Gross & Co., LLC, where a focus on communications planning, content development, and advisory services is maintained. Prior to these roles, Kristina was Vice President of Corporate Communications at National Vision Inc., where significant advancements in corporate communication infrastructure and strategy were achieved during the company's IPO process. Earlier positions include Vice President at Porter Novelli, Senior Account Executive at Manning Selvage & Lee, and Communications Specialist at the Arthritis Foundation. Kristina holds an ABJ degree in Public Relations from The University of Georgia.
