Jake Harriman

Jake Harriman is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in social impact and venture capital. As the Founder and CEO of More Perfect Union since October 2020, Harriman has spearheaded a citizen-led movement aimed at healing national divisions. In addition, Harriman founded Nuru International, which focuses on eradicating extreme poverty in fragile regions, raising over $50 million in funding and building a global team to drive local leadership. Harriman also serves as an Academy Master Practitioner at Unusual Ventures and is a Senior Advisor at McChrystal Group and the United States National Drone Association. With a strong background in leadership training as a keynote speaker for Leading Authorities, Inc., and Team Performance Institute, Harriman is committed to enhancing organizational performance and community resilience. Harriman’s academic credentials include an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
