Ryan McGill

Ryan McGill is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership, real estate, and aviation. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at 5 Points Realty since April 2025, Ryan is also the Founder and Director of Emerge-The Art of Leadership, a role held since January 2018, and a Political Partner at the Truman National Security Project since January 2015. Previous experience includes serving as a Helicopter Pilot with Apollo MedFlight and the NC National Guard, as well as leadership roles as President at Emerge and a Board Member at RAIN, Inc. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Management and Policy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno. Additionally, Ryan has been involved in community service as a board member of the Seven Stars Foundation, focusing on support for children of military members.
