Gregoire Flahault

Gregoire Flahault is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and business management. Currently serving as Lead Revenue Operations at Riot since April 2025, Gregoire previously held the same title at PayFit from July 2022 to April 2025, where responsibilities included collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Prior to this, Gregoire was Chief of Staff - Business Operations at PayFit and held the role of Senior Business Operations Analyst, focusing on budgeting, reporting, and process optimization. Experience also includes serving as the Country Launcher at Zoomo, where operations and a team of 20 were successfully established in the French market. Additionally, Gregoire gained analytical experience as an Off-Cycle Analyst in Private Equity at Rothschild & Co and in M&A at LionTree. Academic credentials include a Grande Ecole degree from HEC Paris and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
