Christopher Hart has over a decade of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Senior Agile Delivery Lead at TSB Bank since November 2012, where responsibilities include leading Agile methodologies for payments IT and fostering an Agile culture. Previous roles at TSB include Change Manager and Business Readiness Manager, focusing on payment systems and operational enhancements, as well as Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and process improvements. Prior to TSB, Christopher held positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including Front Line Manager and Lean Consultant, where efforts were directed towards enhancing customer complaint management and operational efficiency. Christopher holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from CQI and a Lean Practitioner certification from Lloyds Bank.
