Elena Toniolo is an accomplished professional in user experience design and research, currently serving as the Head of User Experience Design and Research at TSW - The Sixth W since September 2018. With extensive experience in various roles, including Information Architect and Experience Designer at Caratteri Nobili since February 2010, and previous positions at Architecta as an Ambassador, Servizi CGN as an Information Architect and User Experience Designer, and QfNS Software as a User Experience Designer, Elena has demonstrated expertise in creating effective interactions between people and information. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Architecture and User Experience Design from IULM University and a degree in Industrial Design from Università Iuav di Venezia. Additionally, Elena holds a Maturità artistica in Fine Arts from LAST Liceo Artistico Statale di Treviso.
