Benard Forsuh

Benard Forsuh is a Cloud Security Engineer and AWS Solution Architect at TTEC since June 2019, focusing on investigating and mitigating security threats through AWS GuardDuty, analyzing AWS WAF logs for improved accuracy, implementing IP and Geo blocks during security incidents, and participating in cybersecurity awareness programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Help Desk Analyst at Alorica from February 2015 to March 2017, where network and security requirements were assessed based on user access. Benard Forsuh is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, having previously earned an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Baltimore City Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from the London Institute of Information Technology.
