Michelle has worked in the claims arena for over 20 years, including 6 years as a manager for a large, regional Preferred Provider Organization in North Carolina. She has worked for Tucker Administrators since 2001. Besides having a thorough knowledge of stop loss claims operations, she has extensive experience in claims system operations, quality control and auditing. Michelle also directs the Tucker Administrators’ claims analysis operations that identifies potential catastrophic claims.
