Manja Haket

Manja Haket has extensive experience in customer data management, currently serving as Customer Data Manager for TUI Group since 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing customer data strategy, ensuring data availability, and maintaining data quality and quantity to support marketing intelligence and CRM needs. Prior to this role, Manja was a Senior Customer Data Manager for Benelux and held the position of Senior Market & Data Analyst at NRG, focusing on marketing management and CRM. Earlier experience includes serving as Shop Manager at Super Photo. Manja holds a Product Owner certification from scrum.org and a degree in Facility Management from Haagse Hogeschool, complemented by VWO education from Noordwijkerhout.
