Mark Hall has a strong background in the travel industry, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Mark started their career at Thomson Holidays in 1998, where they participated in the Planning Graduate Scheme. Mark then joined Thomson Travel Group as a Business Analyst for a year.

In 2002, Mark returned to Thomson Holidays as a Business Development Manager, and later transitioned to become the Head of Planning & Trading for Spain and Portugal. In 2006, they joined TUI as the General Manager of Revenue Management, where they were responsible for pricing and yield management.

Throughout their time at TUI, Mark held several director-level positions, including Director of Product, Content & Product Development, Head of Business Development, and Head of Ancillaries. In these roles, they were accountable for global destination capacity decisions, hotel selection, pricing, and commercial agreements.

Since 2018, Mark has been serving as the Director of Product, Planning & Destination Experience at TUI, responsible for developing and implementing destination strategies across various TUI source markets. Additionally, they are accountable for ensuring worldwide accommodation quality.
