Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Regional HR and Global Learning and Development at Payoneer, the Director of Talent Success at LivePerson, and a Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development Consultant at Treasury Wine Estates.

Tania has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success. Tania is an expert in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development programs. Under their leadership, Tania has helped organizations achieve their goals by building a strong culture, developing talent, and improving performance.
