Ernesto Munoz

Ernesto Munoz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and quantity surveying, currently serving as Vice President at Turner & Townsend since October 2017. Holding prior roles such as Project Director and Associate Director, Ernesto has expertise in developing contracting strategies and comprehensive project estimations across various sectors, particularly in Oil & Gas. Previous positions include Quantity Surveyor at Rider Hunt International, Bid Estimator and Project Estimator at Gulf Marine Fabricators, and Estimator/Planner/Scheduler at PALA Interstate. Ernesto's career began as a Structural Field Engineer/Estimator with Technip, contributing to significant projects such as Kerr McGee's Red Hawk Cells Spar and BP's Holstein. Ernesto earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 1998.
