Jon Finocchiaro is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in benefits management and human resources roles. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at Turning Stone Enterprises since April 2024, Jon previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Symphony Wireless and Human Resources Director at RealFi. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Payroll Manager at ASSOULINE and Human Resources Consultant at Paychex, among others. Jon began a career in human resources as a Client Service Adviser at Paychex in 2005 and has developed a strong foundation in payroll and employment consulting. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Geneseo.
