Chinelo Osegbe

Chinelo Osegbe, ACIPD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Compensation Partner at Turnitin since May 2021, Chinelo has progressed through various roles including Regional Compensation Partner and Rewards Partner. Prior experience includes positions at Tenaris as a Compensation and Personnel Administration Specialist and a Human Resources Senior Analyst, and at KPMG Nigeria as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Earlier career roles included an Administrator position at British American Tobacco and a Student Ambassador at the University of Bradford. Chinelo holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Additionally, Chinelo is currently pursuing qualifications in Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
