Aaron Glasper

Aaron Glasper, MBA, is an accomplished consulting executive with extensive experience in financial analysis and investment management. Currently serving as a Consulting Executive at TURNKEY since February 2025, Glasper previously held the position of Director of Global Specialty Finance at The Hartford, where contributions included facilitating the integration of a significant acquisition and enhancing financial reporting and analytics infrastructure. With over a decade at Hartford Investment Management Co. (HIMCO), Glasper advanced from Senior Investment Analyst roles to Director of Investment Analysis, leading teams in earnings preparation and portfolio trend analysis. Earlier experiences at The Hartford involved critical financial modeling and forecasting. Glasper holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Connecticut State University.
