Jonah Schwartz is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Turno since January 2025, Schwartz focuses on automating cleaning services for the short-term rental industry. Schwartz has a robust background as an advisor at Hostfully and Roofstock, and as the Principal at S3 Props, overseeing a multi-family residential real estate portfolio. As Co-Founder and CTO of Stessa, Schwartz developed a comprehensive platform for real estate investors, and previously led engineering efforts at Roofstock. Schwartz co-founded Dot & Bo, establishing a successful e-commerce brand, and has held various leadership roles at Rumpus and CBS Interactive. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, Schwartz has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across diverse technology-driven companies.
